Removing Mould In Bathroom

Mould thrives in damp places, such as bathrooms. Especially if the bathroom does not have adequate ventilation and air circulation. The mould will also leave stain marks on the tiles, making buildings brittle and making surfaces slippery. That is why it is important to maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom especially the carpet care specialists  and the grout. If you are having a hard time to clean it up you could always use the professional service of drying wet carpet. With the professional help, your tiles and grout will be cleaned and looks like new in no time and without any hassle.

However, there are ways you could try to clean the mould. The mould in the bathroom can be cleaned with just salt. First, put about three tablespoons of salt in 2 litres of water. After that, boil until the solution boils and the salt dissolves completely. While it’s still hot, pour the solution into the mouldy part of the bathroom. After that, brush the surface until it is clean. After rinsing, you can repeat the same steps to get maximum results. The next way is to use dish soap. Besides being easy to find, cleaning mould with dish soap will not damage the surface of the walls and floors. The trick is to scrub the floor and walls, as usual, using dish soap. Don’t forget to rinse and scrub it until the walls and floors are not slippery.

Lime water can also help remove mould on walls and floors. How to make it is also quite easy. Mix water and lime and then splash it on the walls and floors where the mould is growing. After that, let stand for several hours. For better results, you can also leave it overnight. Next, scrub the surface of the walls and floor and brush it clean. Rinse until there is no mould residue attached. The acid in the lime will also make the tiles shine and remove any dullness.
