Food References to Replace a Military Diet

After knowing what a military diet is, then you must listen to what menu is served to you for this type of diet. The food menu from the military diet is arguably quite good and attractive. For 3 days, you can replace the following types of food consumption as a reference for military diet substitutes.

First day (around 1300 calories)
For breakfast, you should consume 1/2 grapefruit, 1 piece of toast, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and also 1 cup of coffee or tea. For lunch, you can consume half a cup of tuna, 1 piece of toast, and 1 cup of coffee or tea. Third day (around 762 calories)
The last day in one week is filled with breakfast 5 pieces of fresh wheat biscuits, 1 sheet of cheddar cheese, and 1 small apple. Meanwhile, for lunch, you only need to consume 1 boiled egg and 1 piece of wheat white bread. For lids at dinner, you can consume 1/2 banana, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, and also 1 can of tuna.

After finishing undergoing a diet routine for 3 days a week, for the remaining 4 days, you can eat as you wish as long as you have a number of calories under the previous 3 days.
