Types of Paint for You Who Like to Paint

Do you like to paint and want to learn it? In addition to hobbies, painting can also be a promising source of income if you pursue it. If you want to paint on canvas, you can use oil paint. As the name implies, you must mix this paint with special oil to be used. With oil paint, you can create natural paintings with satisfying results. Moreover, paintings that use oil paint can last for a very long time. If you use a good quality paint, your painting can last for decades. Watercolor has several advantages so many people like it. Like producing distinctive colors and easy to clean. For oil painting for beginners use one color, but the result is very different. This depends on the sweeping technique that you apply. One more thing, this watercolor is classified as environmentally friendly paint.

This is the first type of paint I used, which is watercolor. Usually, it is used for the finishing touches on sketches. You have to use water to thin it. Because you use water, you have to be careful because it can get smudged everywhere and it will easily wear off. If you want to draw on paper, you can consider using watercolors. You need to know that many types of watercolors can be seen to change after drying. It’s good as a beginner painter, you try first all types of colors that will be used. The method is quite easy, just by mixing enough paint and water.

Oil paints require special cleansers made from spirit minerals. In this case, you can use White Spirit or Turpentine. Try not to use Thinner in building material stores. Apart from being odorous and unhealthy, Thinner is also easy to damage or turn off color pigments. It’s a shame that if you buy Artist Quality paint, the purifier uses Thinner. In less than 10 years the color can turn opaque.
